Hi, I am Florentina. Welcome to my site! I am a board certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a member of the American College of Nutrition. I work with high-level executives, busy moms and dads, teenagers, and everyone in between to support them with their diet, exercise, weight loss, stress management, and lifestyle changes that are meant to bring health and balance into their life. I specialize in research-based, customized nutrition, healthy eating, emotional eating, digestive issues, family meals, and pre & post pregnancy nutrition and self-care.
I've received my holistic health training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied preventive health and a multitude of dietary theories and how they can be applied and, more importantly, modified to meet each individual’s needs.
As your health and wellness coach, I will look at how different aspects of your life affect your health, and help you find your own way to a happy, healthy life, using flexible and fun methods, free of denial and rigid discipline.
